We utilize an advanced method of controlling process heater combustion using a fast CO light-beam analyzer measurement as a direct control point. The technology reduces NOx emissions and inherently reduces the greenhouse gas CO2 emissions.

We manufacture the pre-packaged CO based controls and install it as a turnkey project to implement low excess air control of process heaters and all types of boilers. The following pages explain our technology.
